Allergies: Please let us know of any allergies prior to consuming anything in our facility. Please let us know of any other allergies before the start of any and all services.
Appointments: While we are happy to accept ‘spur-of-the-moment’ appointments, availability is limited as we are often fully committed with other guests. We recommend scheduling your appointment at least two weeks ahead of time for optimal appointment availability.
Arrival: Please plan on arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment start time as to allow plenty of time to complete any paper work and to unwind with a warm neck wrap and complimentary beverage. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time, lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment.
Cancellation Policy: We request a minimum of a 24-hour cancellation or modification notice of your appointments. Appointments cancelled or modified in less than 24-hours are subject to a charge of the missed service.
Cell Phones: Soak is a calming and restful place and to ensure a peaceful environment for all we respectfully request that all cell phones are silenced or turned off and all conversations are kept at a low volume. Soak’s Foot Haven is a relaxed, shared environment. The use of cell phones is prohibited. Anyone found violating this policy may be asked to leave the premises and will be charged in full for any intended services, whether performed or not.
Children: We love hearing about your beautiful children, however to ensure a restful atmosphere, small children cannot be left unattended in the spa. We recommend scheduling services around childcare availability. If you would like to schedule a service for a child under 13 years of age, please speak with someone from Guest Relations.
Gift Cards: Soak Gift Cards may be purchased online or in person. Gift Cards may be applied to services and to product purchases. Gift Cards are treated as cash and are only trackable with your original receipt. Gift Card balances may not be applied towards gratuity. Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Preparing for your Appointment: Optimal sugaring results are achieved when the hair is at least a quarter of an inch in length and when the skin is clean and free of lotions, deodorants, and makeup.
Optimal tinting results are achieved when brows and lashes are free of makeup and mascara prior to arrival.

Prices & Gratuities: Prices are subject to change and gratuities are not included. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, check, cash, Soak Gift Cards, and Breathe Esthetics Gift Cards (Gift Card balances may not be applied towards gratuity) for payment for services and retail.
The recommended gratuity range is between 15% and 20% of the price of the service(s) provided, but the amount is left up to your discretion. Preferred method of gratuities is cash or personal check.
